What a lovely Bible. So much information and the text is Perfect for reading.Lots of information and the References are amazingly good information to help you understand the text.I am thoroughly enjoying this Bible

I don't think I've ever rated anything as fast as this Bible. I love it! I just received it 5 hours ago. It came in 2 days as promised. The print really is large. It's very informative! It will definitely help me learn the Bible so much easier. Mathew 1, instead of just reading names I have stories that go along with some of them. I definitely recommend this Bible for anyone who wants to learn it! Oh, it also came in a nice box. Will definitely make a great gift, especially with such a great sale. I should've taken pictures but I've already put it in my Bible bag.

I love, love, love the NKJV Apply The Word Study Bible! I study God’s Holy Word every single day and just can’t get enough!! I’m constantly reading, pondering, highlighting, digging, cross-referencing, researching additional info on the web, etc, so I’m a gal who loves the Bible. I have many Bibles that I love but I am always looking for more study Bibles to take me deeper in my walk with the Lord and to help me prepare for the weekly Bible study that I teach. This Study Bible is packed with application notes, history, notes on people and places, explanations, timelines and maps! It identifies every major person and explains who they were, the meaning of their names, their locations, etc. The font size is excellent and the layout great. The pages are thin but, there is so much info in this study Bible that if the pages were any thicker it would be very heavy! I highly recommend this study Bible to anyone at any stage of their walk with the Lord Jesus! People new to following Jesus or who are not yet followers but are curious about what the Bible says would find this very easy to follow and informative! People who have followed Christ and studied His Word for years will love the application notes and the notes on people and places. Seriously, I highly recommend this version! It’s not as in depth as I wanted but does explain some things making verses and books clearer. Overall a good study Bible.

1978 at ten I received my first Bible, a small KJV my grandmother gave me. I tried to read it but just couldn't understand it, so in futility it went in a box. I went into the world as the prodigal son in wild living and not until 2005 did it end when I was baptized. I have read NLT, NIV, Holman and ESV. And own a nice little Theological library but something was missing...King James version. So I bought this little gem in my digital library and this is a great simple but comprehensive study bible. There is much great commentary that a new Christian would excel in more learning with this one. Though not as exhaustive as let's say the ESV Study Bible or application notes like the Life Application Bibles, nevertheless it has a lot to offer even for the seasoned believer and studier. There is a NKJV of this Bible as well but if your a KJV purist or like me returning to it, this is a great Bible to do so.

I bought this study Bible a year ago. I got a good used one. But I Just now decided to write a review. At the time I had bought this I had been going through a lot. God had been dealing with me about healing and how I needed to heal from certain things. I had thought “what if someone left a note in here”. Well a few days had passed and I was just flipping through and in the Old Testament there was this little piece of paper that had the verse Matt 9:21. That verse says “for she said within herself, if I may but touch his garment, I shall be made whole.” Let me tell you, the tears began to just stream down my face! I had been praying that the lord show me how I needed to heal. How I went about. I was confused because I thought it was something I had to do. But I was oh so wrong! The only thing I needed to do was just reach out to Jesus! Just touch his garment! I pray this helps someone as much as it did me! God bless ❤️

My Study Bible is beautiful. However I could not read all the different size fonts contained in it. Therefore I went looking for one that I can read without glasses and a magnifying glass! This one does not have all the features of my Study Bible. As this is the Apply the Word Version. But I can read it!ISSUE THOUGH. When reading the study notes whoever does it makes things difficult. The whole of the Bible narrative takes place prior to 390 AD/CE. The territories in that area were named Palestine afterThe Bar Kokhba revolt @135 AD/CE. It causes confusion and having to look up old maps to see what the name was at the time of the Persian or Babylonian Empires. Unfortunate the Bible is corrupted with misleading information. Proper names as they were at the time they were in keeping with the the Bible.

I really like this particular bible. Not because i am the biggest fan of KJV or NKJV translations. I am the type of person that reads the bible for two reasons only...to know the mind and heart of God, and what God wants from me. I am much less interested in the meter, flow, and literary beauty of the translation...there are many entertaining authors for that purpose. For this reason, i actually like the CEV (Contemporary English Version) of the bible the best...i read this bible for the wonderful side-note interpretations of God's messages throughout the Bible, as well as the challenges on how we can apply the word of God more effectively in our own lives. I also love the Positive Thinking Bible (CEV translation) with commentary, personal stories, and prayers from Norman Vincent Peale. The two together provide me with all the direction, inspiration, and answers i need to live a fulfilling Christian life and continue my path to know God and his plan for me better.

This is a great study bible, full of information and cross references. The print size is just right and very easy to read. I highly recommend this bible.

This is a very good study bible. But elderly people has to purchase large font, that would be really good.

This is a mini study Bible packed full of useful helps. It is much small and lighter than the usual heavy and bulky study Bibles, but no less effective. Its very easy to read, the text is laid out very nicely with plenty of colour throughout. Each book has an outline and overview, and then throughout each book there are mini studies relating to what the Scripture is saying. Its written in a way that essentially anyone could understand and apply to their lives. I have found this study Bible incredibly useful. I purchased the hardback copy which is strong, well made and has a 'sewn' binding- sure to last a long time. Its small enough to take to Bible study groups, church etc. The words of Christ are in red lettering which again is very clear and actually easy to see and read, and thankfully you cannot see the words of the other side of the page. However most importantly is what is contained within the book the Holy scriptures, in the highly accurate New King James Version. I would highly recommend this Bible to anyone- excellent for private devotionals and quiet time.
