These are fun and yummy
Love these! They are soft and squishy and taste good. Nice and sweet. They don’t have a strong smell to them, but are a nice gift for someone. They are fresh always soft never hard. Good price point.

Perfect sweet mochi….warning….addicting !
Silky beautifully flavored mochi. The strawberry gooey center is a great texture and flavor BUT. Be aware, it is very sweet. A very different experience than Red Bean mochi but the mochi silky smooth texture is there.

Sweet and Soft🎀
I already bought one and then HAD to by the three part! I thought the texture was weird but after actually eating it (rinsing it in water if you hate flour) It’s sweet and tastes fresh surprisingly!

Squishy and strong strawberry flavor
I was just curious what these would taste like. I've wanted to try some sort of Japanese candy. As I've heard about how strong the flavors are.I'll say this. They are strong flavors. If you've never had Mochi Daifuku. The taste and texture is very much like a large marshmallow with a lot of strawberry extract. It's not terrible. But isn't exactly something I want to eat a lot of or eat often.Unfortunately, I got the value three pack. So, I've got a lot of these to go through and it seems that no one else in the house wants anything to do with them after trying one. I can pretty much guarantee they're going to sit in the pantry for the next five years.Anyways, if you really want to try them and haven't had Japanese sweets before. Get the single pack first. I'm not sure what I was expecting. I guess since it was made of rice. I was thinking it would be more bread like than gelatinous.

Oishii! These are phenomenal.
First off, I am not big on sweets, so when I do indulge every now and then, I find most of what's on the market so overloaded with sugar that I almost feel as if I was swallowing chemicals. I find that stuff more abrasive than sweet. Not the case with these however, and they've become my favorite desert. I love everything about them, from the chewy texture to the delicate but flavorful taste. If you are a fan of triple chocolate cake, mass-produced candy bars and candies, you might find these a tad bland. However, if your taste buds haven't been annihilated by cheap sweets, they might be exactly what you're looking for in a nice little desert, you might want to try them.

Good but expensive now
These are delicious but for some reason after I purchased twice they doubled the price.

Delicious – better than expected
Very soft and a little chewy. It's soft mochi dough lightly coated in powder and the center is filled with some type of marshmallow fluff, with strawberry filling in the center of the marshmallow. They're a *little* bit too soft in my opinion, but I solved that by storing them in the fridge. I think they taste even better cold and it firms then up just a bit to a perfect consistency. At $18.59, they come out to about 78¢/pc. A little bit pricey in my opinion, but honestly it's worth it. Will be buying more in the near future.

Expensive, has minimal flavor
I bought these Sakura Mochi candies to have during my morning Matcha. Each candy is individually wrapped, to help preserve freshness. The texture is fine, soft gel-like with a light glittery sugar coat on them. It feels good holding them. It falls short on flavor though. It's barely noticeable. There are 20 pieces in the package, which turns out to be 95 cents apiece. That's quite expensive for something that has minimal flavor. Sure, it's imported from Japan and that's not cheap to do. Not sure if I can recommend this, solely on lack of flavor. I'll search for different Sakura candies and see what I can find.
