Window crank operator is a quality product and was easy to install. Be sure to save screws from old unit being replaced as it comes with none. Compare image of unit to one you are ordering as left and right crank may be opposite of what you perceive . Lube well.

Direct replacement for the Trust #20755 operators installed in my Cardco casement windows. This operator installed easily and the window opens and closes smoothly, with very little effort. Unlike the orignal, this operator is coated so it will look better longer. The crank on the old operator stripped out. Prior to it stripping, there was a lot of play in the handle. This operator has no play. I plan to replace all the operators on my casement windows with these. Before purchasing, to ensure this operator is correct for your window, take the number off the link arm or measure the link arm. Recommended.

Had to modifie arm but worked

So glad these are available. The last couple of years the cranking windows have been rough to open and close or not able to. These are absolute perfect matches according to the model number as well as the old cranking mechanism and footprint on the window seal.

Make sure your mounting brackets on the window are in the right spot or it won't work correctly. If it's wrong it does not take long to adjust the bracket. Just a little time. But this absolutely fixed my old broken crank!

company sent 2 short and 1 long link, we ordered 3 short, requested to return long link which could not be used 2 time, company never responded. Product is good, Company not so good.

Replaced my stripped gearbox perfectly and my window is back in action.
