Well I'll try to be brief my story is I've had hyperparathyroidism for 27 years. back when they didn't really have many supplements except for Tums to regulate your calcium I've been hospitalized as a child multiple times from calcium bottoming out but it wasn't due to uncontrolled deficiency It was because I just wasn't a fan of taking meds so I always skipped days Once I became an adult I started missing last days and taking as needed you kind of feel when it's low I don't have any insurance and I was looking for alternatives instead of constantly buying calcitriol pills And when I came across this my calcium stabilized after taking these pills with calcium carb supplements the chewables So for about 4 months now I've been completely off prescription and I feel just fine even got a labs done and it was actually a little bit high surprisingly but I'll take a little high over low any day Everyone's body is different so I'm not saying this is a magic fix and made it so I might have to take it once a month and some chewable chocolate calcium every now and then But this product definitely improved my quality of life with hyperparathyroidism

I've taken ashwagandha (one of the ingredients) before, and it caused me irritability, anhedonia, and skyrocketed my testosterone. I've stopped since (2 years ago, on 1000mg) I have hypothyroidism and decided to pull the trigger on this, especially knowing it's only 200mg ashwagandha. I have been taking 2 pills a day. 1st 2 weeks, I felt amazing. Weight loss, energized, increased muscle gain + stamina when going to the gym, I was locked in. After a month, I got another bottle. Now I'm starting to get some serious side effects including; aggression, irritability, brainfog, insomnia/poor sleep (despite 7+ hours), low libido, and ED. I think most of these issues are being caused by ashwagandha, and side effects are only getting worse. I'm hoping to recover soon, but I won't be taking this supplement anymore. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.
