Tasty way to stay hydrated!I tried the Blue Raspberry Lemonade BHydroMom and I’m a big fan. The flavor is really refreshing — sweet but not too sweet, and it doesn’t have a weird aftertaste like some other hydration mixes.✅ Mixes easily, no clumps.✅ Great for staying hydrated while breastfeeding — I definitely feel less sluggish.✅ Love that it’s formulated for moms and has clean ingredients.Only thing is I wish they came in bigger tubs instead of individual packets, but overall, it’s worth it. Will be buying again!Also a little fizzy so leave room in water bottle

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I picked this because the flavor sounded appealing. I’m working really hard on reaching my 100oz goal everyday and this has been super helpful. I put this in my 32oz tumbler and I love it. Thankfully I already love water and this helps give me the bit of flavor I need to get off to a good start. I’m sure I’ll be buying many more of these since I’m only in the start of my first trimester.

Drinkability:I always have a hard time drinking water when I am breastfeeding but Hydromom makes it easy with this amazing flavor. I love the strawberry kiwi taste. I have tried the other flavors and strawberry kiwi is the best tasting flavor in my option. No artificial taste and no gritty texture. I have even recommended this product to other moms to help with hydration while breastfeeding. Mixability:The powder mixed in pretty well. I would be sure to shake or mix up the powder that fall to the bottom of the drink.

My aunt recommended these for me for breast feeding. I wasn’t expecting it to be a little carbonated which I hadn’t read. It was surprisingly nothing crazy. The smell is a little artificial but light tasting depending on how much water you use. I’m not a fan of really sweet drink and used a bit more water than recommended. Sometimes could be gritty if not shaken up good enough! But would definitely purchase again

I absolutely love this product! The blue raspberry is so delicious and I feel great when I drink this in the morning after my first pumping session. I’ve purchased 3xs since having my baby in May and now I crave it. Not a bad price for a yummy hydration product that is safe while breastfeeding.

These were okay but be very careful putting it in a full water bottle or cup!! It fizzes up very quickly and will overflow easily!! No where does it mention that on the package, so be warned!!

I really liked this flavor, my kids even liked it I gave it to them when they were sick and they loved it. It’s just really expensive for the amount you get. It is convenient that you can just grab a pack to take on the go. Another thing is the amount of sugar I wish there was a sugar free option.
