In surprisingly perfect condition
I bought this book used, but was pleasantly surprised to receive this book in like-new condition. I also received it in a short amount of time, so overall, I am extremely happy with this purchase and so excited to read it! Thank you so much!

Straightforward. Practical. Real-world, and PRICELESS.
Disciplined Entrepreneurship offers the first real-world, practical, and immediately employable road map for those engaged in creating brand new, innovation-driven enterprises. I cannot recommend that book highly enough. The workbook presented here takes that practical framework, and supports it with explanations of how to proceed down that road map, step by step. It describes the purpose of each step, as well as why each step exists in the sequence where it does. And within each section there are *extremely* helpful forms to organize the information users will discover and generate through their efforts.Included:--Exceptionally good road map with sequential steps.--Explanations of the reasoning, as well as practical methods and approaches.--A robust set of practical, valuable forms. It’s a *stellar* set of concepts and tools to support entrepreneurs engaged in building something entirely new.Founders, owners, or product manager/program managers engaged in building innovation-driven businesses will benefit directly. I suggest that this book should be an immediate purchase and a well worn tool in your toolbox. You will immediately simplify your cognitive load by doing the right things in the right sequence. You will immediately improve your performance by capturing and organizing ideas and facts *outside* of your brain, where they can be viewed, communicated and worked on.You will immediately improve your performance, by focusing not only on what matters most, but on the key elements of those factors.I firmly believe that this book will deliver tangible, real-world gains to every practicing entrepreneur.I am certain your business will benefit directly and immediately. It’s that good.

A step-by-step path to a successful technology start-up.
This and by the text, Disciplined Entrepreneurship is an excellent book -- a step by step approach to initiating a technology start-up. I highly recommend it either as a classroom text for teaching the "how-to", or as a self-help guide for anyone who is considering, in the process of, or has done a new company with an idea that will change the world. It focuses on the customer rather than the idea, and provides a process for both building a winner and abandoning a loser if the idea is not enough. It deals with the essential tasks that need to be done, but leaves out some important jobs one must do once you have something like building a board of directors or dealing with the environment. I wish I had these books when I was doing start-up companies.

Great workbook, summarizing the full book
I recommend this workbook as a way of working through the principles of the full book by the same name. I was able to complete the exercises and templates in order to refine by product market fit. I would note that ideally you would also read the full book itself, if you really want to understand the concepts in the workbook. But I still think it has value on its own if you have some product design experience.

Excellent workbook that is a roadmap for entrepreneruship
I have actively used the Disciplined Entrepreneruship Workbook as a participant in the MIT Global Entrepreneruship Bootcamp. My startup team and I received an early publication hard copy hot off the pressWhile we received the workbook right from the source(author and MIT Bootcamp leader Bill Aulet) the real value of the workbook is in its simple and clear sequential roadmap to entrepreneurship with easy to follow depth of detail for each and every step on the entrepreneurial journey. As a voracious reader and serial entrepreneur, if I was asked to recommend just a few books for aspiring(and existing) entrepreneurs, I would most definitely include Bill Aulet's books on entrepreneurship on that short list.

Brilliant and 100% relevant for today's startups
I liked the original book this was derived from. I LOVE this book. The exercises and explanations are perfect. In the first book, I wasn't a fan of the gameboard visuals--they just didn't help me much, especially when they were grouped together up based on topic. This book is more linear, logical, and helpful. Bloody brilliant! It's in my top 10 for best startup books ever! (As a 5X entrepreneur and startup weekend panelist, maybe that means something to folks.)

Kindle version is poorly made
The workbook is very good, compreehensive, but the format of the ebook is horrible, all the worksheets are cutted in half and some texts you can't read. I believe the paperback version might be well-printed, so I would recommend to go for the paperback.

Must read to all aspiring and actual en/intrepreneurs
The 24 steps are well explained and illustrated with hands on practical worksheets you can use in your own. However it adresses mainly startups. For corporate product / innovation teams, it might be a bit incomplete specially on stakeholder, financials, leadership, team management, change management.

Great supplement for original book
Disciplined Entrepreneurship is that exact book which I was looking for. Because it gives in a relatively small volume, so much detailed information. And this workbook is an essential supplement to it.
