Wrong size sent ordered 8mm but received 5mm
I ordered 8mm but they sent 5mm without any information. It took more then 5 days to deliver this. but the quality of the product is not good.

Wrong specification
The thickness (diameter in this case) is stated to be 22 mm. The actual diameter is 19 mm and the item does not meet my requirement because I needed to fill a 20 mm gap. The item is non-returnable so I have just wasted some money.
