Good quality product
It’s a very good product, it can be used in many different ways to hit different parts of the upper body. Haven’t had any issues and I’ve used it for at least 6 months still has good tension

Awesome Piece of Exercise Equipment
I love how easy it is to use, and how limited space it occupies when stored away. Does it work as exercise equipment that produces results? Absolutely, without any reservations whatsoever. The trick to working out with this Power Twister is to locate where in your arms you have the optimum leverage. Once you determine that, then that's where your focus should be. Let me explain, I have a lot of difficulty closing this Twister when it's at eye level whether my hands are placed at the end or middle of it. If I bring it down to chess level slightly better. However, when I use it to do bicep curls, amazingly, I can bring the handles to within 6 inches of each other. I'm 69 and weight only 154 lbs.!! This is the arm position where I have the greatest leverage to exert maximum strength and build or tone muscle. So you might say, well that's just biceps. Wrong! Yes, you are doing biceps, but in order to bend the handles of this Power Twister to within 6 inches of each other, your wrists, forearms, biceps, shoulders, and back muscles are ALL WORKING in unison and getting stronger. The stronger all those body parts get the more you'll be able to move around to other points in space. Remember, find your leverage point and stay there because all your upper body muscles are working. And remember to contract your stomach muscles to get them strong too in the process. And don't forget to exhale when you exert and inhale when releasing. Awesome piece of equipment if you use it correctly. I recommend this purchase unconditional. Buy it you won't regret it.

Nice but be careful
Pretty good resistance. Only flaw is that the safety straps can only be used with the end of the grips or the lowest weight. Make sure you always have your thumb wrapped around the handle. My grip slipped and it gave me a bruise on my chin. Could have been a lot worse. Range of motion is pretty good and the resistance is accurate to description.

Definitely a great piece of gym equipment
This was an awesome find. I've been doing the fitness things basically all my life of 38 years and I don't really do reviews like that but I had to share. This is official, simple but challenging and not costly but the quality is definitely their. Big believer in being able to command the body to move as I see fit instead of it telling me on how it wants to move which means it needs to be trained and this lovely piece of equipment will definitely help with that. You can also use it for you legs, their is a sweet older women who shows you what you can do with it.

Effective. Convenient.
This is an effective beginner exercise tool to strengthen and tone your torso and a great value as well. It’s handy, convenient and easily portable if your a frequent traveler. Three to five sets of 8 to 12 reps in strict form with minimal rest between sets provides a reasonably solid workout if you’re pressed for time. Follow up with equal sets and reps of pushups or bench presses for a robust pectoral/upper body workout.

Long handle grips for adjustable hand placement.
A good medium duty exercise tool with good long handles so you can adjust your grip to suit the level of resistance you want. Many other units only have handle grips at the far end of the handles. These come in three stiffness ratings. I used a much stiffer bar when I was younger but I am in my seventies now and this medium bar is OK.

Weak, a little dangerous, but durable and usable.
I got this after the hydraulic one I bought turned out to leak fluid until it no longer worked. I bought the strongest one, but it definitely doesn't offer 80-160 lbs of resistance, because I can easily curl it at the most choked-up grip position (max resistance) with one arm, which would mean I was curling 160 lbs, which I know I can't do one-armed even once, let alone multiple times with little effort. It can't just be that I got the medium-strength one by mistake, either, because I can't curl 110 lbs that easily, either. I can't even curl 80 lbs, the lowest this version is supposed to go, that easily. It feels like about 30-50 lbs resistance (or possibly less) depending on grip, which is lower than the 30-80 lbs claimed by the weakest version. Also, if you bend it farther than the angle shown in the pictures, which I thought might be what I was supposed to do to get the full resistance, it doesn't quite straighten out all the way until you reverse it and bend it back. You can't use the wrist straps with any grip but the farthest out, and instead of putting a hole or loop there so you can attach a longer lanyard, the straps are tucked inside the plastic grip and basically can't be replaced, so you either settle for the weakest resistance or risk smashing something or someone if your grip slips. Considering that the safety warnings say not to use it without the straps, which is probably good advice, that makes even claiming it has multiple levels of resistance kind of false advertising. I'll probably end up looping a second strap through the straps to lengthen them, but that really shouldn't be necessary. All that said, it's better than a hydraulic one that leaks everywhere and eventually stops working entirely, and I can use it at my desk without overloading my office chair that's only rated to 250 lbs, which is what would happen if I used actual weights.

Being stuck at home during these unprecedented times, I needed to vary my workout. I saw this product with many positive reviews and decently priced, so decided to give it a try. I couldn't believe what a great workout this product provided -- HOLY!! I did four sets of 10 reps on my biceps, chest, and shoulders and can I ever feel it!! This product is very sturdy and does the job!!

Saw a video about this Python Power Twister Bar on YouTube and I thought let me give it a try. I have to admit it is causing lots of pain all over my upper body which means I am building muscles. I do recommend it to anyone who wants something that does help and does not take any space.

Favorite twister bar I have ever owned. I have a lighter twister which I've used for years. Thought I would kick it up a notch and get an adjustable hydraulic bar and immediately regretted it. The hydraulic death trap was falling apart from day one and one of the bolts actually broke and flew out. This python power twister is heavy duty, versatile and I don't think you could break it if ya tried! Would recommend to anyone who appreciates the ta ta work out and people who value their eye sight.
