Missing Items
Indeed it was the correct product but as is still misleading, the dongles for the controllers were not in the package. It was just the charge station itself, so the controllers cannot charge.

The item pictured and many of the question answers still displayed on this listing suggest that this is the older model that does not have the cord on the front.It is, however, stated in the product description that this is the updated model.This item listing is inconsistent and misleading.You will receive the updated model--do not but this if you are expecting the item pictured, which plugs directly into the original PS4 model.

Wrong item!
Not the same item as pictured. It doesn’t plug into the front of the ps4, a cord connected to it does. Wrong item was sent to me.

Broken on arrival.
Back connector was broken.

It’s bad. Went with a Sony cradle charger.
One of the worst products I’ve ever bought. The product really isnt made in such a way that the controller contacts meet with some he charging port contacts. Never got any consistent charging.

Inaccurate Listing
Not the same item pictured. Item pictured plugs directly into ps4. Item sent has a usb cable.

IF YOU HAVE A PS4, GET THIS!
This charging dock is so convienient! I stream a lot of movies and shows from my PS4 and it’s so nice to use the remote when I need it and just set it down to charge. It’s very neat and space efficient.
