Product speaks for itself. I am doing a low carb diet. This is an easy way to add fiber and not mess with my digestive system. Capsules are easy to swallow.I will continues to buy this product. I like the added benefits of fenugreek, ginger root and Turmeric. That's 3 pills I don't have to buy. A money saver!Update. I have often been told to split supplements morning and night. I attempted taking one pill in the morning one at night. Results were not as expected.Went back to taking both pills at the same time. All is good.Again, great product.

I really liked this fiber. I've had a hard time finding one that really works. It's not harsh on your body either. It Feels natural.

I have several chronic conditions, including IBS, nausea, and celiac disease, the latter of which makes it harder for my body to process fiber properly since it is poorly absorbed. I stumbled onto this product when other types of fiber supplementation had been less effective. Within days of using this product, I found that my nausea and IBS improved. That was because this product has other ingredients to aid digestive conditions in addition to the psyllium husk capsules. I would recommend this product to anyone requiring supplemental fiber or who might be dealing with IBS and/or nausea.

I wanted to love this because it does help do what it's supposed to do but unfortunately this made me feel over full (like worse than Thanksgiving full), bloated and very anxious. Weird....just not for me.

I used to take metamucil powdered drink but it was a challenge. I would do it regularly for a couple of weeks and then forget.This psyllium husk pill is a lot easier to remember to take every day. It works it's magic like clockwork and helps me keep regular.
