Works perfectly - for 1/3 the cost of OEM offered GPS update !
Works exactly as advertised, and at almost 1/3 the cost of the OEM supplied update at $149.00! It still ticks me off that you can buy a $250-$300 dollar Garmin or Tom-Tom GPS and get free map updates for life and no cost real time traffic, yet a $3000 factory equipped OEM GPS requires the costly updates & a Sirius traffic yearly subscription! I never updated my 2013 MKZ (A4 map) due to the ridiculously high cost by FMC until I saw this product on Amazon. If only I could plug my Garmin Drive Assist 51 directly into the MKZ monitor......

As advertised, 1/3 cost of dealer
I just performed an update on the SYNC2 on our 2014 Ford Flex. With the current version (I think it was from 2018) in place, I popped out the A2 nav card and popped in A13 and there was really no configuration to do.I recommend after it's done, set a destination and drive there, just to be sure everything is as you like. The maps were crucial, but moving to a modern UI was a very big deal. A2 was back when they still had no concept of bringing spacing in and adjusting text padding to fit more on the screen.

Highly Recommend
I was skeptical at first but I took a chance at least through Amazon I could return it if it didn't work. Put the nav into my vehicle gave it a few minutes and voila my GPS was current. I saved myself over $125 and it's been working great for the past 3 months. If you dont want the dealership robbing you of more money get this navigation chip.

2nd SD card seems to work OK
The first SD card I received would not work at all, not recognized by the system. The second one has worked fine so far. The trouble with being the quality inspector for Amazon is that I have to re-package products that don't work & take them 9 miles (each way) to the nearest UPS drop. Not a great system for customers. I understand their need to get the faulty device back... but they're just going to toss it in the garbage anyway. I could do that, with less hassle for me. Still, it's cheaper than buying from a dealer.

2nd card worked fine. 1st card, not so much
Great price compared to what Ford charges. Knocked off one star as the first card I received was completely blank. It was not even formatted! Amazon quickly sent a replacement and so far, the second card is working fine.
