I was honestly skeptical at first, but this cupping device is legit. As a pro athlete, I deal with tight muscles and soreness constantly, especially in my shoulders and legs. It works great! I have a lot of tension in my neck from working at a desk and I get relief. My only issue with it is that it is hard to turn off yourself if placed on your back, if you want to stop it before the 20 min. I placed a small suction cup next to power button so I can feel where the power button is.

Different suction pressure settings and heat for different areas in the body that need muscle tension relief! The red light infrared therapy helps reduce inflammation and increase blood flow to those areas! I have used these only shoulders, upper and lower back, calves and lower leg to help relieve some Achilles tightness and tenderness. The suction creates outward pressure that show up as circles on the skin, sometimes bruises occur but go away after a few days. These bruises do not hurt in any way, it pulls the stagnation, muscle knots and tension like a reverse deep tissue massage. Instead of pushing the knots & muscles, this cupping therapy pulls the muscles and knots to relive tension and tightness. This unit actually took some of the pain away and I was able to raise my arm a few more inches. I have only used this one time. It does leave donut-looking marks, but is worth it if I am able to raise my arm again

It’s portable and keeps a great charge, I love implementing cupping into my recovery for both me and my athletes and this is one of my must haves for after or before competitions! It’s very easy to use and very durable, it’s not obnoxiously loud either, the design is sleek and makes it a lot easier to travel with. I love to use it when my back is tight or lats are too tight to relieve tension and for pain relief.
