We tried hard to fine Amazon Customer service both by phone and email. We wanted to know about the return policy?The manufacturer threw tons of questions back on us . We are senior citizens aged 78 years and are not tech savvy. We have been using there earlier version with remote control. It was simple to use and lasted for many years. We even gave gift of it some our friends.We find no customer service and no return policy?We ultimately gave up and written off the purchase.Thanks to Amazon and will continue to still shop with Amazon,

This robot hoover is amazing! I bought a Dyson handheld years ago hoping that it being so mobile would mean I'll regularly hoover but I just don't find the time and so when I do use it, I have to empty it (mainly of cat hair) every 5 minutes. We bought the robot hoover thinking that we would be emptying him (yes, him.... he's called Sir Cleans-a-lot) and was amazed to find he does the entire ground floor without emptying! The instructions suggested his base needed a lot of free space to set up which we just don't have but we pit the charging Dock behind the sofa and he just enters and returns under the sofa with no issues. The app was so easy to set up. We had to do it three times after realising we should take the hoover closer to the router and it then was speedy! We use Google command to start the hoover and use it once a week or when there's been heavy foot traffic at home. It's suction is great. It's not very loud at all. Our two cats were not scared of it but just watched it work the first few times and now aren't bothered by it. It comes with spare filter to use whilst the other is being washed and air-drying (so easy to take in and out). The one thing I hated on the Dyson was the longer hairs that get trapped in the wheel brush, but the robot hoover has a very easy hatch that simply pops out and you use the very handy little brush and cutter tool to just trim and comb the hair out and pop it back in! The dust tray is even easier to pull out, open up, empty and them pop back in. Just empty it each time we use it by telling it to run (to get it from under the sofa), pressing the top button to pause it, empty it and put it down to run again. Easy!! It goes under our sofas (which have never been so clean!!!) And climbs easily on and off the rugs. Have to take things off the floor which might get suckered up, like shoes with shoe laces! But it's only been stuck once and just shouts for help (kinda cutely!).Haven't tried using the app to schedule it because of how we empty the tray but the app is easy to use so I'm sure it would would great.Cannot fault this hoover one little bit and for how easy it's made my life with hoovering each week the cost is amazing! Would highly recommend!

I got this because I have a bad back and normal hoovers are so heavy and difficult to push around. It's been a godsend.I download the app easily and just tell it to get going, when it's finished, or the battery runs out, then it returns itself to the dock.It doesn't move in a conventional manner, it sort of zigzags around, but it gets the carpet clean very well.I have long hair and seem to moult, but this little hoover manages to pick up all my hair without problem. It's very easy to take out the brush and clean it, as it is to empty the dust compartment.I only do one room at a time and that's pretty much all it manages, but it does charge quickly - I think around 5 hours.I highly recommend it.

This product is a must have easy to set up

This robovac is much better than I'd expected it would be. It was really easy to connect to WiFi and my mobile phone, also very easy to control via these means too. There are 4 different suction options, as well as an auto option so robovac will change suction levels when moving between carpet and hard wood. There's also a handy spot clean function for extra focus in a smaller area, but my favourite function is hands down the ability to set a daily schedule so robovac will automatically vacuum at a set time each morning before returning back to it's charger. I do still use a full size vacuum, but not as much as I did before, so robovac definitely saves me some time.
