Make sure you understand what this listing is selling
Beware of this listing. It looks like you are getting orthotics as listed, but you really get grey shoes. It is mislabeled. The customer service for return was great but a hassle to not get what you ordered. So if you want grey shoes this works well, but not for orthotics.

Works well for my casuals
I have plantar faciitis and thus rigid orthotics made from plaster molds by a podiatrist. Those custom rigid orthodics solved all my problems but are a pain to move from one pair of shoes to another. About 6 years ago I tried the arch-crafter box approach as a cheaper method for having a second set to where around the house. They provide less support than the rigid but I suffered no ill effects. They are soft and so do wear out. So this recent purchase is my second. I can strongly recommend them for casual support. IOW, walking not running.

Seemed to fit well, but
They didn't do much good for the Plantar Fasciitis in my left foot. Still had heel pain. They worked better when I bought an additional over-the-counter pad for my heel. Perhaps I should have spent the money on a podiatrist and Xrays instead.

very handy and inexpensive
Very easy to follow instructions. Both my husband, myself wear these, and I bought another pair for my son who is a tennis instructor, and on his feet all day long. They are comfortable to wear, and seems to help by reducing the foot and knee strain. I wouldn't use these, if I had any serious foot issues, but if you are just on your feet alot, and have tried the over-the counter ones without success, this is the next step..

Wrong coding, or fraud. Be warned.
Wrong coding in the Amazon system; received a pair of slippers, instead. And I'm not the first! Check out the reviews.

Better than described. Custom fit inserts for $100! They get an A+ from me.
My last pair fixed my walking pains until I lost them....get your custom fit orthotics on the cheap with this reliable company. Note, please, that they haven't raised their prices in a decade or so. AA++

Four Stars
Foot mold was pretty easy to make. Inserts arrived about a week after I mailed the molds off.

Easy to use.
The kit was very easy to use and the instructions were easy to follow. I am still waiting for my insoles, but it has only been two weeks.
