Small Voice Activated Digital Audio Recorder | 150 Day Battery Life | 16GB

I have bought two of these, and can say in confidence- they are fantastic little devices. I've had them for a few years, and have gotten great use out of them. They are very discreet, last for weeks, and work very well as long as you configure the settings correctly. My only complaint is that you need a PC to configure settings and set time stamp. I previously only had a Mac, so had to borrow a PC to initially set it up. But you can transfer files and delete easily on a Mac- just not setup. I bought other recorders previous to these that didn't stack up. Customer service was great too- I accidentally deleted the software off one of my devices, and they sent me a file to restore the software. It is well worth the money for the peace of mind.

The product missing one of the piece that’s why I never can use very well.

Have had it about 7 months. It quit charging and quit data transferring, other wise, I was very happy with it for the short time it worked. It's expensive to have it last only 7 months.

I purchased this unit after purchasing another style that failed miserably. This is exactly as expected. size is perfect, operation is clean. Battery life is beyond my needs.. The nice part is it stored conversation in separate files when it had a sound break.. One side note must turn off unit to recover files from laptop. Also comes with Charger /data transfer cable and charging block for 120v charging. Great customer support available..Great unit..So far if this changes I will edit review.

This is not the most technologically advanced device on the market but with the wires that it comes with, it works seamlessly! Other microphones around this cost right now use Bluetooth to connect both to a headphone set and a computer but this one uses USB technology to plug in and download sound that had been previously recorded. These microphones are small enough to be attached to clothes or a collar but they don’t have a clip built in which leads you to attach it in some other way or simply hold it which can be inconvenient. The good news is that it is super light and easy to hold in your hand because it is small. Doing this definitely does not interrupt the actual sound quality but it just makes it a bit more of a hassle if you're using this to record others in an interview-like setting. They are made out of a durable plastic material that doesn't overheat even when used consistently over time. They also don't overheat when they're being charged even though they're usually being charged from a computer.The reason this is 4 stars instead of three is that the sound quality on these microphones is superior to many other soundbites that come from similar devices. Not only does this cancel that sound from wind rain or outside crowd noise but it also has a sharp, contrasting, yet soft overtone that makes it easy to hear through headphones or on a loudspeaker. The microphone is small but mighty and can pick up focal sound from about 6 feet away still.Overall, this recorder makes up for its faults in technological advancement by providing a superior sound quality. It is easy to use with only a few simple features and makes a great on-the-go mic.

Pros: Sleek, long battery life, huge capacity.Cons: The small wheel that switches from off to voice activated to constant on is so tiny that I overshot the positions the first few times.As far as sound quality, if too close the sound gets over-amplified. It is better to keep the mcirophone a little away from my mouth. Once I had that figured out the sound was crisp and clear.I was able to replay the sound files from my phone. They automatically show up in File manager, and I could delete them from there as well. I like this recorder, but it is so small that it needs its own pouch in a standout color so it doesn't get lost in a large purse.
