I was searching for a bar that suited the needs for my whole family. They are an easy, filling, clean snack either if I miss breakfast or need a mid afternoon pick me up. For my kids they’re an easy and nutritious option for the inevitable road snack. They are also the only nut, dairy and soy free option that was delicious, which was important for us. There are a lot of bar options, but Dosha are now our go-to (all three flavors).

Tastes great but too expensive

These are amazing! You might think they are a bit expensive but they are worth it. As my friend says about paying more for “real” food, “Pay now or pay later.” (Referring to the toll that bad food takes on your body!)

My favorite snack to take hiking or throw in my purse. The cherries are slightly sweet, and I love the contrast of flavors with the seeds. It gives you energy without feeling like you are loading up on sugar.

way to hard...could break your teeth.... if they were softer and chewy would be pretty good.... not sure if mine were just outright stale (?) but think this is the way they are

Probably the best energy bar I’ve ever had in my life. Extremely delicious and most definitely worth the price. The quality is there and we deserve it.

Great flavor and consistency (not hard at all). We can immediately see the difference from the standard sugar added barsWill definitely get it again!

I love this bar, and LOVE that my kids love it too (and don't realize how healthy it is)!
