Kindax Gel Toilet Seat Cushion Portable and Washable Toilet Seat Cover Universal with Self-Adesive Design(Blue)

I take care of individuals with physically, disabled, as well as individuals who are elderly. Frequently, my clients use raised toilet seats that will not accommodate padded seats on top of them. I needed something that would aid in their comfort as well as be easy to clean and maintain. And I have to say these gel cushions have really done the job. We’ve been using them for a couple of months now and no one has given me any complaints. They’re able to double their time on the commode before discomfort. Set in very easy to remove and clean and reposition back on the toilet when necessary. So for right now I gotta say, I recommend this product for anyone who has to spend a little bit of time on the toilet and finds it to be uncomfortable.

Overall it's a nice product, but needs some minor fixes. Likes: good product, comfortable, whashable, nice easy fitting, nice color, after washing and drying the bottom part regains its stickiness ability and sticks firmly. Dislikes: the inside gel should be a bit thicker to make it more comfortable, very slippery when exposed to water and may peel off easily when wet that is why you need to try and keep it dry from the bottom part to avoid this issue or you can wash it and dry it and reinstall it.

I got it for my mother who is 92 and uses a commode seat over the toilet so that she can use the armrests to sit down and rise. Commode seats are more flimsy and harder than a regular toilet seat and she was complaining that it was uncomfortable. It is not possible to install a replacement cushioned toilet seat on a commode so it was necessary to find something cushioned that could be attached to the commode seat in some way. The Kindax has been very successful so far (about a week). The gel material is soft enough to make the seat comfortable but not so thick as to make it unstable, installs very easily, is washable and stays where you stick it. What more could you need? She likes it a lot.

Made with cheap material

This cushion is made of good gel material. I do have to say that it is thin and does not provide a lot of cushioning. Also, after a period of a few months, it began to slip off the toilet seat. The product is OK, but not spectacular.

We decided the blue one was blending in with the colors of our bathroom we returned it and bought a clear one. It made the toilet seat less hard and and more comfortable. The third time we washed it, we had to wait to put it back on or it would slip into the toilet. As long as it’s dry when you put it back on, it stays in place. I think this was a good purchase for us.

Description: This is a gel cushion, deeply "scored" in a diamond pattern ...to help keep the gel in place, as in a quilt, maybe? The adhesive is very. very. very sticky. The instructions make it sound so simple: Clean toilet seat, remove protective film. put on toilet seat. Um, no. Just a bit harder than that. Once the toilet seat is clean and dry, remove item from package and LAY ON SEAT. Decide EXACTLY how you want it arranged. If not sure, place on toilet, sit, and see whether it feels right. Be aware that the edge, the flat rim all the way around, is part of it and will be as sticky as the rest. DON'T EVEN THINK of trimming this edge, or getting anywhere it with scissors. When you have figured out exactly where you want it, MARK AT LEAST THE FRONT EDGE OF THE TOILET SEAT PRECISELY. Use Scotch tape if that's all you have, or washable markes, but use something that won't shift yet can be removed. Mark EACH side in at least two places if possible, to define exactly where it goes and at what angle. NOW you peel off the backing from the first one, very, very carefully - it's a little stretchy, but if you touch the adhesive, it will be like a Three Stooges comedy getting free of it again, and will probably leave the cushion folded over onto itself and stuck together. Lay it out according to your marks, remembering that you cannot pick it up and move it - where you drop it is where it stays, until approximately the Twelfth of Never as best as I can tell. Then repeat for the second side. Is it warm? as warm as a plastic toilet seat, anyhow. Is it soft? maybe a little. Is it cushiony? well...more so than a folded-up pillowcase, for sure. The only reason it's still on my toilet seat is that I dread the effort of taking it off.

Ok I give these 5 stars kids get splinters on old tire swing seat, these magically work to remedy that, if you don’t mind the adhesives, also my boss has a habit of sitting on hot cars, so I stick them to his pants and yep 👍 I get quite the 🤭 laughs, ok 👌. Now in the land down under, they will thank you for this upgrade. I only have one negative thing I can say, that’s I wish they are with extra adhesives, over time it wears off and I have to buy new ones, I found a quick fix though, I found that RV gasket sealant on the bottom and let that dry, then place gorilla glue on edges, and superglue on the back edges, them tight bond around the lip of the from, and some tape to hold that, you can have quite the party 🎁 gift, I don’t recommend you do that to anyone’s toilet 💺 seat. 😆 though I’m still giggling and I’m older than the hayride invention. But my humor aside kids love them, even great for birthday gifts and gives me humorous family fun times! Ps works well on buckets as well for camping etc.

It was hard to get my hands on this product, it seem that it was out of stock almost everywhere, overall this product is well made, I wish it had more thickness to it for prolong sitting, however I noticed it provided enough comfort for most time, less leg pain and sciatica triggers
