Excellent
This is excellent. I’ve had it before and bought it specifically for the heat it provides which is pretty hot . I had backache so this really helped but might catch you unawares if you’re not expecting it. It does say it in the instructions. Lovely scent , nice feel on skin and value for money as are all their products .

As good as deep heat or tiger balm
If you suffer from sore joints this stuff for you! Slightly expensive however you don't use much(bout a pea shape) but it's good stuff for joint pain

Sanctuary warming cream
This product does what it says it doesn’t have a high smell it goes on to your skin and it warms with the heat of your body and it works. It’s very good.

Amazing!
My friend recommended this for my neck, after a car accident.It smells lovely, as it’s Sanctuary…BUT…after a few minutes, it gets warm! It doesn’t burn and has really helped.I’ve used it on my back too. I love it!Highly recommended!
