Very good product gels nice taste good. The only thing is I wish it had a third-party testing. It’s kind of like collagen protein powder it’s expensive and if you third-party test it, I’ll buy it again a little expensive though.

Very strong jelling power! It will gel even outside of the fridge at the suggested amount in water. It does have a bit of a gamey smell so I would not use it for sweet desserts. I mix it into bouillon and water. It is allegedly good for your joints and skin, but that remains to be seen.
