THESE ARE AWESOME!!!! I just started exercising again after a long illness that left me weak. I got overheated SOOO fast and it would turn into heat exhaustion quickly. I was given wet wash clothes but they were too small so I looked for an alternative and found these. I'm sure others have known about these for years but me, nope. I wet these at the beginning of my workout - wring most water out and snap them a few times (gentle wave motion is what I've been doing) and they get nearly ICE COLD. Totally cool. Once I get on the treadmill 20 mins after my warm ups, I snap again as they absorb sweat and body heat and I need to snap them after 15-18 mins on the treadmill. Every time they go back to ICE COLD. I've been able to snap them back to cold for over 2 hours before it feels like I need to add more water. Keeps me cool on the neck while leaving tails to wipe my face. The ends tuck easily into the straps of my Fabletics top when not needed.The carry case is useful but larger than I was expecting at about 6" by 5" so I'm not using it but others may find it perfect.

It doesn't get as Cold as stated. The odor of it is strong!

The towel is good, feels very soft. However, the storage bag is broken.

I work for a trucking company as a forklift operator and this towel has worked wonders for me on a lot of hot days. I would highly recommend for anyone to beat the heat!

Kind of a waste of money....didn't work as well as the other reviews said they would. Would not buy these again, would not recommend them.

I haven't used it yet, will be using this weekend, but I love how large it is. It will cover my entire shoulders and upper arms. There was a little sticky place on one end of it as if there had been a sticker there and was removed and the stickiness won't come off but not a big deal, I'll just have to be aware of it. I washed it and tested it and it definitely nice and cool.
