Was easy to install to be honest. Just be sure the points for the electrical connection are clear of tape or safety covers/caps. Plate itself is pretty much a standard plastic wall plate with a built in dual charging port, small 'shelf' will hold one device (VG-500). Has some grippy rubber, anti-slip, to keep devices in place. Seems sturdy enough after install. Does not support quick charge on all devices after checking all our devices/wires (iPhone/Pad(s) and droids.) There is a small charging light on it, more of a dot. But, there is no guide to explain its function or why it would be either red or green glow. Up to user to figure it out... I'm not going to ruin the surprise for you. I purchased it as a Deal of the Day, so price was more then acceptable. Might consider it again if it holds up well and I need more USB chargers.
