the camera was used for one day, then started making a clicking noise at random. (BTW terrible picture quality) I thought I would just mess with it later, turned it off and left it unplugged. now I finally get a chance to mess with it and it doesn't even turn on.....NOTHING. BUY a better product, because this is junk! It out of the return time now. I have 5 other cameras from three different manufacturers, and range from a month old to 2 years. Just go to the ATM pull out 2 $20s and burn them to stay warm, you'll get more out of it.

Update: after multiple emails sent since September l have still have had zero responses from customer service. 4 months of trying to contact customer service and being ignored tells me this purchase was a huge mistake.This would be a 4 star rating, as prior to last week, it was great. However, after reaching out to the support/customer service on Tuesday (5days ago) and getting no response, l have to give it a 2 star review. It's unfortunate. I was at first impression, very happy with the picture quality and ease of setup.

I bought 3 of these. Reset hole doesn't line up with the reset button. 1 of the cameras keeps resetting itself randomly. No customer service support as I've tried to contact them about my issues and have gotten no response. Lastly I can't get the cameras to email me initial snap shots of whenever it detects motion. This could b a user error but I'm mentioning it bc customer service could help me fix it if they would ANSWER

Have tried repeatedly to get it hooked up to network at two homes with NO SUCCESS...also, up and down mechanism did not ever work - only turns around but no vertical movement. Would very much like to have returned it.

I got this for a friend who was unable to get it to work with his iphone. I have not returned it yet as I'm hoping to use it for security if I can get it connected to my phone. Difficult directions to follow.

Great for keeping an eye on the grandkids...

Good for the money,easy lost communication to phone,quality is very clear with color. I have to re set 3 time so far to get it re-connected with my phone.
