Apple air buds sound great, but they feel like they are always about to fall out of your ears when you are active. The chance of loosing expensive air buds while running or bicycling is too great to risk. These clips worked well for me. Measured my ear height and selected the medium from the information provided in the amazon listing. I wear glasses, not an issue. I use these clips and an inexpensive lanyard together. I can bicycle with complete confidence that the air buds will not be lost. The air buds sound too good to have to leave home for fear of them loosing them.

My ears have never been able to keep buds in when I am around a bunch, so these were very necessary. They have fit me perfectly, and am able to do yard work and run without the AirPods falling out of my ears.

Effective but a little clumsy. Not very adjustable but do the job.

The hooks just do an average job keeping the AirPods in my ear. This is really an Apple issue. Why produce a product that requires a separate hook to stay in your ear? Evolve Apple.

Works as designed. Ear buds kept falling out when at the gym. Bought these and no more issues. Easy to use.

They are good for walking or running but if you do any strength training that involves your shoulders they will pop out. I quit using mine. Cost of learning.

I really loved these hooks for my air pods. They are easy to use, easy ear placement. They work great for the price . I would totally recommend.

Didn't work for my little ears...kinda flimsy...returned to get a antilost strap for my apple airpods
