Bonita maleta, práctica y ligera, lo único malo es que en uno de los vuelos me pidieron documentarla a la hora de abordar porque el avión iba lleno pero cuando la recojí la maleta estaba toda rayada, le pude limpiar algunos rayones pero otros no. Ahora ya no se ve tan bonita.

Purchased this carry on for a trip august 2022 and the zipper completely broke during first trip just by shifting in upper compartment of plane!!!! Had to carry the luggage off the plane I was super embarrassed. Please if you’re reading this do not purchase this you will regret it. I had it less than a month and my money has gone down the drain. Do not purchase from this company quality is extremely poor.

WOW! Absolutely beautiful! Shinny, such a beautiful blue, pattern also beautiful. Inside well divided. I found it a little bit heavy, especially the 28”. The 20” was perfect in weight. PROBLEM: Last Wednesday I flew out of Calgary AB Canada with my brand new shinny luggage. It was so perfect and yes, beautiful. I arrived in Toronto at 5:58 am. Waited for my bags to show up and there it came towards me just sitting there and being delivered. Well, horror of horrors. Yes, it was still in one piece, still sturdy, no broken parts..... BUT the outside, the beautiful shinny blue was scratched, I mean scratched all to hell, surface scratches, deep scratches.... it looks like it’s been used 1000 times. That was my first time using it. So my question??? Why would a suitcase manufacturer make something so attractive KNOWING that it would get through one flight without extensive damage. Honestly if I could have given this luggage and 0 that’s exactly what I would have given it.

Super cute set! I purchased the 20 inch octagonal set as well. The color makes it highly recognizable when retrieving from the luggage belt and multi directional wheels make it easy to navigate. TSA approved lock on the luggage is an extra whistle. Inside zippers and pockets make packing easier for me. Love the waterproof pocket for lotions and creams that might spill or leak during travel. I bought luggage covers separately, which are a must! The outer material is permeable producing multiple scratches. I took the 28 inch on an international holiday and sadly it did not stand up to the task. The back wheels were destroyed. I assume they were not cooperating with baggage handlers and my beautiful luggage had to be dragged 🥲. But under further investigation, it seems part of the wheel might have melted. Either way, it’s no longer useful as luggage. Wish I would have taken a trip within the return period so I could get my money back. In summation: cute design and color but not built to sustain travel.
