I was determined that I wouldn't notice even a placebo effect, however it did improve my knee function after about 3 weeks. For those who have knee issues from osteoarthritis, it's definitely worth a try.

I have been taking hydrolized collagen since January 2018, it is now April. My hair, skin and fingernails have improved noticeably. This particular form, capsules and Type 2 is the right fit for me. Much better than the bovine. It was probably all in my mind,but I had the impression that I smelled like “industrialized cow” haha. When I made the switch that went away...ergo...it may have been true after all!
