Did the job
Was installed with a new blower motor however motor only worked on four speeds not five oh, but I can't really blame that on the resistor it did its job

It fit worked awesome for maybe 3 months no is garbage

My only complaint is I had to modify the base a little on install even though I purchased what was the correct item for my trucks blower. Other than that it worked great

Did not bolt up like it should have on my truck but I made it work bolt holes was too close together

Make sure you have CORRECT Chevy model
This worked as designed.Chevy has many 1500 model. Get the right one, or use Rockpart
