Add a little patriotic flair to your summer holiday shabby chic dining decor with these table runners, placemats, silverware holders and napkin rings in a sailor navy blue burlap with a red bow-tie and white button accent. Each item is sold in quantities of 4 or 6 except the table runners are sold individually. The table runners measure 14" x 46", the placemats 14" x 18" and the silverware holders 4" x 8". All items are frayed by hand with the corners reinforced to prevent further unraveling. The red bow-tie is also handmade and finished in the center with a white button.
