Standard mix of vitamins recommended by specialist for problems after surgery. Been taking them for a year now and so far so good.

I just started take it as I had to supplement due my surgery last year that removed my gallbladder.So far so good I will keep taking and leaving a better review when is longer than 2 weeks taking it.

My wife and I have both reached the stage where we find that certain supplements are needed; and work on our aging bones (!)These Vit A & D3, E & K pills are easy to take, and help us in our day to day living. No nasty side effects, and no horrible taste, either. Anything that helps our bones, hair, nails etc - as these claim to do - is no bad thing. Also good that we can combine more vits in one pills rather than multiple ones.

I am slightly concerned about this fat-soluble vitamin complex as it seems to cause my urine to turn yellow. Typically, fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, and K) are stored in the body's fat tissues and liver and are less likely to directly affect urine color. This unusual reaction makes me wonder whether the product contains additional water-soluble vitamins, such as B-complex vitamins like riboflavin (B2), which are known to cause this effect. While the product seems effective, this unexpected side effect raises questions about its formulation.
