I just discovered this drink and fell in love! I love love the great taste, so satisfying yet low in sugar but high in protein. This is now my grab and go drink, my quick breakfast, or meal replacement when I'm in a hurry, or just simply feel like it. So happy with them. I've subscribed the drink for steady supply.

I love these shakes. I was shocked how big the bottle was. One serving and its really filling, I couldn't drink the whole container and saved it for later. Definitely a go to.

I've been using Atkins shakes for weight loss for a while. And it's absolutely helped immensely. I lost about 60lbs. I've evened out now and not losing more. I just started eating less and then drinking these. And then I began to lose weight. I went from 220 to 160. Now I'm not losing weight anymore, but they are a staple in my house.Sometimes I also can't make food due to my disabilities. So they are perfect. And convenient.Sometimes I put it in the blender with ice and ginger and honey and certain powdered botanicals I take, like moringa and maca. They are delicious. And filling enough. The packaging is not great. I've had multiple times when the seal around the drinking spout was damaged and leaking. As in the mouth spout was not fully glued.These are not to be consumed if not refrigerated after opening. So a bunch of times I had to throw them away. Because they were open enough that it makes me worry. Because who knows how long it was partially opened like that. I've also accidentally broken a couple on the bottom after I dropped it from only 1 foot off the ground. And then I know they're not always handled with care from the time they leave the factory to the warehouse, to my house. So I wish the containers were more sturdy. Because I know they get tossed around quite a bit when they are being stacked and transported.There's also always this last sip that you absolutely cannot get out. You can't drink it, you can't dump it into a cup. There's just this one last sip or two that remains in the container.These are absolutely wonderful though. Most protein shakes taste like chalk and these are really delicious. I wish they made some other flavors in this larger size. Like the coffee ones and the caramel ones. I enjoy other flavors in the small cartons. But those are more like a hold you over until you eat, or a snack.And then the price is pretty good as well. Unfortunately they contain soy which is not good for women my age. But I don't have any other options sometimes for sustenance. And these are the only ones that actually taste delicious. Put it in the blender with ice and some other stuff, you will have the best smoothie ever.
