Easy to use. There are more electrolytes in this then sports drinks. Gives just a slight refreshing lemon taste when added to water. Biggest benefit is no sugar. So you can make your own sports drink with a fruit juice etc. I don’t claim it will cure anything, but I recommend this to a friend of mine and it cured her headaches. Trace minerals are very important. Enjoy!

It's a bit of a process, but I make more than 10 gallons each week for my husband who works in triple-digit temperatures throughout the summer. I mix the most minimal amount of CitriLyte (according to directions) and sweeten it slightly. Although the CitriLyte has a scant citrusy-lime flavor, I add a packet of dry Kool-Aid for additional flavoring. I then fill reused (clean & sterilized) Gatorade bottles and store them in the fridge for his use throughout the week. This CitriLyte mixture suits my husband's needs perfectly - not too sweet with only a touch of flavor, and practically no calories compared to Gatorade! It quenches his thirst, replenishes depleted electrolytes which, in turn, completely eliminates his night leg cramps (guaranteed to reappear if he drinks only water). Very pleased with this product and will look for alternative solutions only if CitriLyte becomes more expensive.

I’m a big fan of the original flavor so I thought I’d give this lemon taste a try. The taste is okay... not enjoyable but also not bad. As to be expected. The neutral review is because I find that it makes my teeth feel very chalky leaving an unpleasant after taste and feeling.

Electrolytes

As someone on an ultra-low-carb diet this has no carbs and works well for me. I would recommend it over other products because of that and overall price. That said, I do enjoy trace mineral's products too and won't say this is better if carbs are not an issue. I did enjoy elete's electrolytes enough to buy the gallon jug.
