🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I wish I had a birth ball with previous pregnancies. I got to labor my last child on a birth ball, and I liked it so much that I was planning to get myself a birth ball with this pregnancy closer to due date. My back started hurting at about 20 weeks and I decided not to wait and buy a birth ball. It took some time reading about different birth/exercise balls, because I didn’t want to buy a cheap quality ball and take the risk of it popping while exercising on it. This birth ball costs more than some of the other ones I looked at, but finally I decided to get it. I really like it and do not regret paying a little more for it. The pain that I experienced in my back sitting on a chair or a couch, even after chiropractic adjustments, disappeared once I started doing exercises on this ball. I believe the exercises on the birth ball helped with some other health issues as well. I have other kids, so I don’t get a chance to exercise on the ball daily, but looking forward to laboring at home with this ball as long as I can, before going to the birthing center. Also, looking forward to using the ball postpartum.I have used this ball for almost 9 weeks, and my kids used it some to jump on it, and it has held well.*** I am about 5’7.5” and I got size 75cm. It is the perfect height for me (I probably have longer legs). When it was inflated to about 80% as recommended for first week, it was too low for me, and was uncomfortable. Once inflated to almost 100%, my knees are at the right angle to my hips.

Went into Labor 3 Days Later at 35 1/2 WEEKS!
I used this product to help ease pelvic pain and discomfort I was having in my 34th and 35th week of pregnancy. I liked how it eased my pain and the instructions it came with for the multipurpose use it’s for. Very informative which I also liked! If you’re really trying to go into labor this IS THE BALL!!!The point of this post is thanks to this ball for getting my labor moving. I now have a healthy 12 pound baby who was ready to shoot out like a football and move out all by himself.

Small but works
It provides a lot of back pain support! Based on my height I ordered the 65cm but unfortunately my knees are higher when on the ball so that was disappointing, size up!

Thick and nice
Really helpful before birth and during birth. Even after birth you can use it after birth as well .

First impressions are good
I just opened up my pregnancy ball. All items were in the package. It does come with a hand pump. It took me 5 minutes to pump it to about 80% full, as the instructions suggest blowing it up that full the first week. It was a little annoying having to pump by hand but not nearly as bad as some of the reviews suggested as I did time how long it took. Ball smells kind of funky when it comes out of the package but not a big deal. Most things do. Haha I really like the pamphlet it comes with to explain exercises you can do. I will update my review as I use the ball but wanted to go ahead and share my initial impressions. I’m 24 weeks tomorrow so very excited about using this birth ball!Update: after 4 weeks of using this ball I can’t say enough positive things about it! It has provided so much back pain relief for me! I work from home and I sit on this ball all day. Sitting on hard chairs kills my back after awhile but this provides so much relief!Update: 30 weeks tomorrow and I don’t know what I would do without my birth ball! It provides me with so much back pain relief!
