I like the features especially since I had recent back surgery, the handle will help me get my mop bucket from room to room without lifting it. I appreciate that it came with four mop heads too. I am concerned the plastic may be too hard and end up cracking or breaking. I did not get the detergent/cleaner bottle that was supposed to come with it so I will contact the seller and get a firsthand glance at how good the customer service is. I will try to update my review if I hear back from them.

Love the concept but the mop handle needs to be reinforced I’ve ordered this twice and the buckets are sturdy and durable but both times I broke the entire mop handle within the first two uses lucky for me I had a old spin mop from a not so great model that fit and worked

I love this product! It is so easy to use and cleans very well. Make mopping an enjoyable task.

Just what I needed ! Being physically challenged this was just what I need !! It wringout the mop pads. It on wheels !! And it has a handle that's tall enough to pull without bending over. Plus it's lightweight !!! Just have to loosen up the mop pole for the spinner to spin the water out. The size is good ! It's a great buy !!!!

The mop itself is super short and doesn't have enough microfiber.

No more mixing dirty mop water in with clean mop water. Expensive but worth it. And I have severe back issues and it has a handle and wheels to roll from room to room.
