Easy to Install, Metal Drill Bit Needed
This handrail was easy to install. I just drilled some holes where I wanted it on one end, then positioned the rail with the bracket on the other end. I marked the holes on the bracket and it was up. Looks very nice, sturdy. You will need a metal drill bit to drill holes in the rail to position the brackets. It doesn't come with the holes pre-drilled. Very satisfied. Looks nice; sturdy.

Very well made and handsome
When my wife and others needed support using our front steps, I installed post and railing.I had used wooden rails before and had to refinish and replace often. I search for a railing that could be used with my amateur setup. This is perfect, heavy duty and beautiful. It even matches my mailbox.

Looks more expensive than is pictured...Quality matte finish, stylish
I was looking for an unobtrusive yet stylish wall railing for my front entrance. Because my steps are pavers in a round step design with narrow door opening it was recommended to try a wall railing. I didn't want it to look like a grab bar.This fits the bill. Quality matte finish w/black screws to match & black end caps. Comfortable grip & sturdy wall brackets. I had a handy man install it but if you have basic tools & you're "handy" it was an easy install. Slight problem fitting one end cap properly. Turns out the inside end on one side had a few peaks of aluminum shavings which were easily filed down to have the end cap push in securely. I wouldn't knock off 1/2 star because of it. Nice feature is that brackets can be placed any spacing on the bar as needed. I wasn't sure if I should order the black pearl or black sand for a matte finish. I called Aluminum Handrail Direct and was assisted by a knowledgeable rep who recommended the black sand to match my wrought iron lighting and black door. I am very pleased with the product and the aesthetics.CORRECTION: the title description should read, 3ft. Color: Black Sand (not Bronze Sand)
