HP 14" HD Laptop, Windows 11, Intel Celeron Dual-Core Processor Up to 2.60GHz, 4GB RAM, 64GB SSD, Webcam(Renewed)

I bought this for school and it has been everything I need it to be. I usually have several windows open at a time and the screen is wide enough that I can have two open side by side.

Our original HP laptop lasted more than 5 years and cost $1500.00. When it was time to replace it we bought an HP renewed laptop on Amazon for $250-ish and it, too functioned perfectly for another 5 years. It died and we bought a reconditioned HP Chromebook for $57 on Amazon, which still functions but we wanted something different, with a larger screen. That's when we purchased this HP reconditioned laptop from Amazon. Although I'm something of a Luddite, setting up this new laptop was very much trouble free. It is a great product!

Was super happy about this order, it even came earlier then said said it made me more excited. First and foremost, the physical condition of the laptop was great, not scrapes, cracks or nothing. It was nice and clean. The laptop is great, for me it was easy and quick to set up. There was no issues with slowness whatsoever. Connected to Wifi great and the updates took at least 10-15 minutes, which ISNT bad in my opinion. However, when entering the computer it does become delayed for a short time before then going back to normal, not much of a bother to me. The thing that was the most frustrating and upsetting to me was the amount of storage. If you are looking to download games like i was then you cant really get big storage games like Genshin Impact, The sim and even Fortnite. The only game i was really able to get was Roblox and thankfully with steam i was able to get My hero ultra rumble. Roblox is a bit laggy at times but works fine still. I havent tried the other game but hopefully it works. Onto other basics, the audio and brightness/darkness is great, they work fine and the computer gets really loud. Another thing is the charging and battery life, both are great. No problems with that at all. Unfortunately this laptop will get a 4/5 or 7/10 because of the lagging it has, plus the low storage. I dont recommend this laptop for Gaming. More for work and school. I hope this review helped, this was my honest thought about the computer😊

The HP HD 14 computer arrived on time and in good condition. It was well packaged in two boxes. I do not know what New/Refurbished means; however, the computer is definitely new. The computer comes with an internal/non-removable battery and a power cord/battery charger. After I plugged it in I followed the start-up/set-up instructions on the screen; it took about 30 minute to set-up. The only problem I had was that the start-up page would not accept the WiFi password or key code; the password is located on the bottom of the router. However, the start-up page gave an option to press the top button on the router; and, it worked. The start-up proceeded normally. I have down loaded some apps with no problems. The computer does not have a large memory capacity; I plan on buying an external hard drive from amazon. I plan to mainly use the computer for text documents and photo storage from my digital camera. The computer is a basic computer, although it is quite suitable for my needs. I hope I remain happy with my purchase.

I received this computer so full that it had absolutely no memory left on it I could not download even one thing. Contacted people that I purchased it from they never responded. Had to completely reboot the computer and it still had too much stuff in the memory. Computers completely useless and what a waste of money!

At first, reading negative reviews, I was discouraged and no longer wanted to order this machine, but as luck would have it, I nevertheless placed the order, the order was delivered one day before the date, well packaged everything was new in addition to ease of use, I tell myself that following the little voice in my head makes me happy today, at such a low price, more than 30GB of storage left after installing Microsoft, best charger, battery is super good because it holds charge, keys work 👍🏻, everything is in good condition and works properly, the only problem is that you can't open up to 5 to 7 windows, and this should be understood by people without explaining why, the few windows that open should be enough for everyone, in addition to giving 5 seconds to each search on browsers. I recommend 100% 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great machine for the price. I don't do any heavy lifting so it works fine for me. Very light and compact travels easy. Which was important for me.

The only good things I really have to say about this are things any laptop that costs any amount of money should be able to do. It connects to my wifi and holds a charge. I bought this exclusively to run RPG Maker MV, and it does. However, it can't handle running any two things at the same time, even, say, file explorer and an internet browser. Forget trying to google something real quick while having another program open. Regardless of how many apps you have open, it's EXTREMELY slow. Maybe some of these reviewers have gotten devices in better condition than mine, or they're more used to slow devices, but potential buyers should be aware that at the very least, there's a risk the laptop you get is going to be noticeably slow. This is a usable laptop if you need it to run some simple programs, but have other devices on hand for everything else. Still, it probably would've been worth it to spend a couple hundred more to get something less frustrating to use.
