There were a few bad things about this hair. I ordered three packs of this style since I have a golden blonde/dark brown balayage and I thought that this would be a perfect match but it turns out that the color was not only wrong, but also inconsistent.The “golden” blonde is more of a straight up platinum with a yellow undertone that looks so artificial. Also, there was a handful of hair that had a dark tint to it. It was like a grayish-brown so I figured that I would wash it before installing to see if that would remove the color but it only lightened it slightly (in the pictures, the hair on the left is the original and the ones of the right is the darker ones; both washed)I installed the good hair, even though it didn’t match my hair 100% hoping that I could make it work. My hair ended up looking much more lighter blonde as a result, which is not what I wanted but that was ok. What was not ok was that the hair became so weak and terrible after having it installed for a couple of weeks. Initially, the quality felt good, even after a few washes, but as you can see in the pictures, it became thinner as it started breaking off. I felt really EMBARRASSED to wear it and I’m waiting on a glue remover to arrive. I wasted so much money on these packs, I can’t believe it.I’ll contact the sellers, maybe there was a manufacturing quality issue or something else, hopefully it gets resolved.

I love them so much!! I’ve only had them in for a day but I’m in love. They matched my hair perfectly and there was no problem installing. The curls hold good if you hair spray them! I have yet to also wash mine so they’re dull. She is a frizz free queen!! I would however recommend purchasing 2 packages just so your hair blends better and so there more thickness. I only had the chance to get one but I’m still in love!
