Fan low/med/high: 36.9w/37.6w/41w AC: 1124w max lowered down to 1110 or so after a few minutes operation Dehu: 1124w max lowered down to 1110 or so after a few minutes operation Heat: started around 900w and rose to 1320w after a minute or so and seemed to still be climbing slightly.

Q: Also, does the heater work when outside temp is below 40°F?

Works like a champ! It will maintain room temps in mid 60's @ outside temps below 40° consistently.

Q: What year was this made

They wont send the window kit or remote and they are definitely not renewed also worst shipping ever scratched horribly
