Product is ok
When the product came it was in a very good condition but now after a year it has started malfunctioning. I can't open the door lock from Inside and I have to press the unlock button every time to open. The price for this product is also very expensive. Don't buy this product if u want to use it for a long period of time. However the camera quality and all other features are working OK till now.

Works well with Tuya or smartlife app
This is the first lock out of 5 that I've bought which works with Tuya or smart life app. There's alot of inconsistencies in these Chinese locks and I happen to have found the perfect one with this seller. I would recommend this seller and product

Lock is great but
Lock is really good I am happy with the purchase but I am having issues with the configurations as the manual is really poor and doesn’t fully explain the features , the application is not really user friendly could be better

Poor camera
Camera is blur , must need to check camera before installation

came with scratches on the side
Has come in time but with one issue. The left side of the lock has an inch wide scratch wich is upsetting giving the price of an item.

Item delievered as used , screen was scratched and no mortise was included . This item seems to be used before and sold to me as a brand new

No instructions on the package.
The seller is very helpful but there are no instructions for installation and configuration of the device.You have to figure out how to install it watching the videos.
