I purchased this for travel. After testing it out at home, I can report that it works great. I have no complaints whatsoever. Sure, it could hold more water so that it lasts longer, but then it would be too big and bulky. Also, refilling is a snap, so I think it hits the sweet spot in tank size versus bulk. I am pleased with my purchase.

Not as potent a water flosser as I was expecting. Water reservoir is small, but the unit fits nicely in your hand. I like that it holds a charge for multiply uses.

This thing is awesome! Several design elements make this water flosser a keeper. A rubber stopper prevents water from getting into the charging port and corroding the contact point. This was a problem with my previous Waterpik. You could even use it in the shower, if you wanted to. The water reservoir has a filling port that is located very close to the bottom of the plastic tank. That means any extra water can be easily dumped out without getting trapped. But, extra water won't be a problem because the tube that feeds the water into the pump touches the bottom of the reservoir, which means most of the water gets pulled through. That was another problem with the Waterpik design. The charger cable fits into a regular USB charging block, in case you lose the one that comes with it. Finally, the internal battery lasts weeks without needing a charge, even when using it every day. The flow of water is strong enough to get a cleansing flush, especially if you use the attachment with the smaller hole. So long Waterpik!

Very poor performance and extremely fragile unit. First, the base of one of the heads broke off inside and had to be pried with tweezers. Now, although nothing is obviously broken, it sprays water from all the wrong places. The fill door is so poorly designed that it is good for a few uses only. This is destined for the land fill from the moment it arrives. Do not waste your time or money--the world doesn't need any more garbage. There must be a way of making a more durable product.

The flosser works well. The tank holds plenty of water. I like the different modes (soft, normal, pulse). I do have several complaints. The water tank cap keeps falling off the hinges and overall the product looks and feels like cheap plastic. Also it never remembers the last mode used. I always put it on Normal and next time it keeps going back to Soft.

Revision: I purchased this Sept 27, 2017. Would have been 5 stars but I noted problem with water well door. Now one of the hinge balls has completely broken off. I continue to use it because it will snap into place, but it is getting very difficult to pop it off again. It is beyond return window. Don't know how long you expect a product to last that costs $40. It's been 3 months. I had really love it and I'm sad, but I will now be looking to replace it with another brand.Been using for one month and don't know what I'd do without it. Exactly what I needed. Was having gum issues. They were irritated & inflamed but dentist said I had great hygiene - not gingivitis. I was actually dreading eating some foods because each chew hurt . I had hidden 'pockets' where food always got stuck after eating. Very difficult to get everything out. Constantly flossing and probing. I had 4 types of 'picks' I carried with me! Now, I just use this. Fast & easy to use. Very effective at removing all those bits. So much gentler than the floss and I think food is getting stuck less as I floss less. I cannot compare it to the counter models. Never used them and didn't want something huge on my counter. I wanted portable and small. The pressure seems sufficient to work and I usually only have to fill it once to do the trick. I do use only the strongest setting (it has 2 that are more gentle). I just went on a trip for 10 days and it never ran out of charge and is actually still working on that same charge so 14 days and still going. Only reservation (and therefore 4 stars vs 5), the back lid of the water chamber has popped off twice. I have 'popped' it back in place and hope it does not become a serious problem. Still, I saw lots of praise for the company's customer service, so will hope they are there if I need them.

Works amazingly! I purchased this for my 11-year-old who has braces - to help her floss. DO NOT have sprout facing you when turning on! I made that mistake, and my daughter laughed uncontrollably because the water does come out fairly strong - not enough to take out an eye, but strong. I love the cordless feature.
