The name says it all......Insanity!! The band of power it brings you up to is amazing. Like it unleashes beast mode to power through heavy lifting and at the end of my routine, STILL NOT TIRED. I ordered one container.......I just ordered another one. Amazing stuff so much more than all others pre-sups I have used for over 10 years. I started out a long time with SUPER PUMP, than more and more I tried. BUT this is the best at getting to a level of energy and focus all the others did not achieve.
