Strong tablets, good for getting iron up
These have been great for me, the dose is high with vit c to help absorption meaning I can have 1 tablet a day rather than multiple tablets each day which I forget to take. It’s a reasonable size to swallow and does not taste bad. Bought these before and on my second bottle now. Personally, I find them quite strong and cause a but of constipation if I take them daily so I have decided to take 1 tablet every 2-3 days which works better for me in terms of not being bunged up and actually taking the tablet. Would recommend.

Great iron tablets
As I move towards my 50's I have added these tablets to my other growing list of daily supplements (magnesium, lions mane, biotin, collagen). Whilst eating a healthy diet is important some days it's just not possible to eat the amount of iron I need to stave off the mid afternoon slump at 3pm which makes me want to put my head on my desk and sleep.I've been taking these for a month or so now and have noted an improvement in my tiredness levels and will continue to take them. They don't give me an upset stomach but they will make your 💩 black...

Increased my ferritin levels
Most iron sups cause gastro side effects this does not! And most are not easily absorbed this clearly does since it increased my ferritin levels so I’d recommend. Purchased twice so far x

Not so gentle on stomach
Unfortunately, those are causing me strong nausea, so I can only take them every 2nd/3rd day. When I took them daily, it caused vomiting.

Easy on digestive system
I am so happy this was back in stock. Ihad to buy a different brand of iron bysglicinate and I could not use more than a few tablets as it was giving me very bad digestive issues. This brand of iron bysglicinate is the only one my stomach can tolerate. Will buy another bottle soon to keep in stock.
