Great for a digestive boost
These are large pills (about 1"), but they don't feel bulky. No medicine or weird smell to them. Adding them to my daily routine to help support my digestion (which always seems to be a bit off due to random milk or allergy problems. So far, so good!

Best fiber supplement!
This pill is medium size, not large by any means and definitely not an inch long as someone else said.Great supplement to keep you regular. Since being on this supplement I am much more regular and less bloated. I am 25, regular height/weight and suffer from irregular BM's and bloating every now and then. With this, the irregularity is completely out of the equation I travel for work, so having 1 capsule vs 3 or 6 to take in my pill organizer is awesome!!!

I really hate the child-proof cap
I cannot get into this bottle because it has a cheaply-made plastic child-proof cap. Very frustrating!
