Weatherproof Men's Midweight Water and Wind Resistant Soft Shell Jacket (S-3XL)

I bought this sharp looking jacket for my husband. The weight is a perfect for a chilly fall day, or even a mildly cold winter day. It's well made, the zippers are good quality and it fits him as expected- he's 6' and 200 lbs- He loves the way it fits, and it really looks good on him. Very pleased

This ended up being exactly what I was hoping for!Quality is great. The fit is perfect too. I bought a medium and it fits perfectly. It’s a mid-weight jacket just as the description states. Perfect for a fall/spring weather outer layer. Though it is warm enough to be paired with a hoodie underneath and used during the winter. The inside is fleece lined and soft. The exterior is a nylon type water resistant material. Really nice quality and gives the jacket a very clean and crisp look. Which means it’s also a great option for more formal situations as well. It’s a great all-rounder.This will be my new go-to for any situation that doesn’t require a full on bulky winter coat. I’ll most likely reach for this during the winter when heading to work as well. It’s warm enough for short walks to and from the car. I can’t think of any reasons I wouldn’t wear this, other than needing a hood, or when I need a full-on winter coat. New #1 coat.The only criticism I could offer is that it did take a full 2 weeks to receive mine. My order wasn’t processed and shipped for probably 3-4 days after I ordered. Then it took another 2-3 to arrive, only to find out they sent me a small. I exchanged it for a medium no problem, but that order took another 4-5 days to ship out, and another 3-4 to arrive. Finally received the correct medium exactly 2 weeks after ordering. Both items shipped USPS which probably didn’t help anything. A little frustrating when you’re used to 2 day shipping on everything. But not the end of the world. Just something to keep in mind.

Purchased this after researching a few other brands. I found a few other at a lower price by a few dollars, overall the rest were about the same price range. Great fit, I am 5' 9'', 160 pounds with a bit of a COVID gut and it fits just how I want it to, falls about an inch below my belt line. Chest area fit isn't too loose or tight, sleeve length is good. Overall, good value.

Good quality fleece lined shell. Zippers higher quality. Much better that Costco’s brand but more than twice the price. Will see how long it lasts. Update - soon after purchase the seam on the inside of the left sleeve started to come apart- this thing is so well made that it is not easy to sew. The inside lining would need to be removed and it is surged in place. Going to Waterproof's website you find that they only support products you buy from them - for 30 days. They do not support any purchases made from Amazon or any other 3rd Parties. This is probably a one-off defect - you can see that this thing is really well made - but support moves from the rating from 5 stars down to 4.

This jacket fits perfectly and looks good, however, I originally wanted more of a light, waterproof windbreaker to wear in the summertime rain. This jacket provides warmth, a bit too heavy for the warmer days of summer.No reason to give this jacket anything less than a great rating, I’ll get good use of it three out of four seasons.

I bought this for my husband, looking for a lightweight, breathable athletic jacket. This was a heavier jacket than we wanted for this purpose. The jacket was not very soft and felt plastic-y. Also, my husband has a very broad chest and is a typical large or slim fit XL. This jacket in size large fit fine on his chest but was oversized and boxy in the waist and hips. It was a total dad jacket. We'll be returning.

Product fit seems to be Western Pacific sizing (made in Vietnam), ie two sizes too small for US size norms. Ordered XXL which should have left room for a sweater on me, but too tight over a t-shirt with no chance of zipping. Seems like a good coat so I’ll look for bigger but have to return it.

Perfect loose, relaxed fit with high-quality rainproof fabric, thin enough for autumn weather but with several layers to keep you warm. The only issue, and it's a very minor one, is that the collar is so short and stiff that it flips back up easily, but that'll hopefully change over time with repeated use. Great jacket for the cost!
