Must prepare floor before applying
Nice coverage, but flaking and peeling in some spots already after trying to apply on an old cement basement floor.

A Good Quality Paint
This is a 1 part epoxy paint which is to say it more like paint than epoxy. If you don't have time/money/expertise to do a full epoxy coat this would be a good choice. Of course it will look better than your ugly garage concrete that is full of holes, cracks and stains. Up to you but I think it's a good idea to do some prep work, fill holes and cracks, and possibly run some acid etch to open the concrete. I don't think profiling is all that difficult, best advice is to use a shop vac afterwards and suck out all that acid moisture and substrate. If you decide you want to do a flake broadcast then you will want some type of sealer. A low cost option might be a water based polyurethane such as SUPERCOAT or LEGACY INDUSTRIAL - at least two coats and recommend adding a little non-skid. It's not recommended to apply a 100% solids epoxy over this but 'my two cents' that could be a real consideration if you want a bit more strength and thickness. Again it's not recommended. Overall a good quality paint - better than you might find at a home improvement.

Garbage!
Garbage! Followed directions to the letter and even applied multiple coats. Peels right off. I don’t recommend.

Great product, and love the finished garage floor.
Handle on 1) pail came broken, making it difficult to handle.

Easy Peasy to Apply
Worked perfectly in my garage. I live in a dry, hot climate (SLC) and I could walk on this stuff in 30 minutes. I worried that two coats wouldn't cover as one coat looked pretty thin but 2 coats was the ticket. The Platinum color is a very light gray which I was happy I'd chosen over the standard gray. I parked my car on it the second night a had black tire tracks but no lifting of coating. I wonder if those who do have lifting coating issues do not prep well?? This stuff is extremely easy to apply and looks great. My boss at work says he bought some clear 2-part epoxy at Lowes to put over the top of his coating and is shines better, is rock-hard and acts as an additional barrier. Perhaps I'll do that next round. BTW, they have listened to complaints and now ship this stuff with tape all over the lids and can so no product will spill. Yay!

Good but not perfect
It looks great. Applied to brand new concrete. Sometimes peels where the car tires rest on it. May have to use some type of sealer.

PAINT COVERS CEMENT GREAT.
THIS WILL BE THE SECOND TIME I RE-DID THE GARAGE FLOOR WITH THIS EPOXY PAINT. I HAD TO DO THE AREA WHERE THE CAR IS PARKED. THE TIRES WEAR THE PAINT DOWN DUE TO WINTER WEATHER, SALT AND SAND FROM ROADS. THE REST OF THE FLOOR STILL LOOKS BRAND NEW. THIS PRODUCT IS A GREAT BUY AND FOR THE MONEY I THINK IT IS LONG LASTING, I ALSO WANT TO SAY THAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MAX WAREHOUSE WHERE IT CAME FROM WAS FANTASTIC AS THE FIRST CAN CAME DAMAGED DUE TO SHIPPING BUT THEY SENT OUT A SECOND CAN WITH NO PROBLEMS.
