I have a Drinkwell Platinum pet fountain, which I've had for almost 11 years. I would go to a pet store, in Florence, SC, to purchase filters, but these were supplied in packages of three filters. I liked that I was able to purchase twelve of these filters at one time. And, as stated in the product description, it was made for other Drinkwell fountains, including my Platinum.

Bought these for my cat water filter. Keeps the water clean. Noise level could be a bit quiter.

We have had this catit water fountain for 5 years now and love it! Buying these filters a few at a time is great! They work well and I always rinse them first like I do my Brita filters. These are individually packaged in plastic inside the box. They are only "supposed to be" good for 30 days. We definitely use ours longer than that. But work great and love that they can be a bit cheaper in bulk.
