I would go with an XL, I just bought the large and it did not cover or support my breasts, granted I’m about 190lbs, but am 5’3” and a 38c!

Q: I’m 5’2 , weigh 142 & a 34D what size do you recommend?

I would suggest size Medium. I’m 5’5” about 145lbs and 38C and size Medium fits me good.
