Sturdy and comfortable
I received the COOSII H300 Wireless Headphones on January 11 and the package was left in a secure location. The headphones arrived well packaged and matched the product description. They feel sturdy and are comfortable for one-hour listening sessions, though the ear cushions can become warm during longer use. Sound is clear with a good midrange and punchy bass at moderate volumes, but they do not offer the same detail or soundstage as higher-end models. The USB dongle and Bluetooth connection were reliable in my tests, and the detachable microphone worked fine for voice calls. Battery life held up over several days of light use; overall they are a practical option for everyday wireless listening.

Good for games, not so much for talking.
It took a hot minute to find this kind of headphone specific to what I was looking for -- one without a 'dongle' attached to the headphone cord, wireless optional, low-profile or retractable mic -- and I'm glad I finally did. Overall, it's been a really nice headset over the last week of having it. My only real gripes is that the headphones themselves don't really have cushion on the driver; they cup over the entire ear and in turn the rim of the ear rests against/is compressed against it, and in turn it becomes uncomfortable/painful to continue wearing after an hour or so -- at least for me. Only other thing is the level of bass the headphones have is enormous compared to the mids and treble; resulting in a great sound experience for games or some music, but not so much for talking with others, as voices often sound muffled, and if you're in the realm of production for music or anything audio-sensitive it gives a false sense of bass leveling. The third gripe I have is with the little voice that plays when something goes on with the headset, primarily with "Low Battery" and "Microphone Muted/Unmuted"; it's just a little intrusive, it mutes the audio then plays the voice line, then goes back to audio. Which wouldn't be so bad except that for Mute/Unmute it makes a "push to talk" type approach very difficult where timing is important, and for "Low Battery" it repeats the line about every 4 minutes. Don't need it to happen that often; just once is fine, or replace the line in future revisions with a non-interruptive double-beep noise. As far actually using it otherwise, it's been a breeze. Right out of the box it's "plug and play"; turned on the headphones, plugged in the wireless USB dongle/adapter, and it immediately connected; and swapping between my PC (using the dongle) and my phone (using Bluetooth) is as quick and easy as pressing the pairing button for 3 seconds, as is using the auxiliary cord; plug it in, the headset immediately/automatically powers off if it is on and swaps to analog. The battery only takes about an hour and a half to charge, and lasts about two cumulative days (roughly 36 hours). All in all, 4 stars from me. Just wish the bass was a little lower, and the voice lines for Low Battery/Mic Mute were non-interruptive.

Nice, solid, reliable headphones
These are very nice and are exactly what I was looking for. I wanted reliable over-the-ear bluetooth headphones that I could use in calls. These are perfect. Someone calls and I can pull out the microphone and answer. Sometimes I keep the microphone slightly out so that I can take a call without touching the headphone. NOTES * The microphone. It has a little blue light on it to show that it's active. Push it all the way in and it automatically mutes. Easy to adjust. - NOTE: One thing about the microphone is that it is sensitive to airflow. Breathe on it and the sound is very loud to the person on the other end of the line. That turns out to not be a drawback, you simply don't need to position it in front of your mouth. Voice volume was very good when the microphone was pulled straight out. * USB-C charger. Yes! It also came with a USB-A to USB-C cable, but I'm now basically able to charge it anywhere in my house that I charge my phone. I was so glad it didn't come with a finicky micro-USB cable. * The Bluetooth connection was solid. I was able to go into the garage and listen to music without interruption. My phone was about 60 ft away through 4 walls. I don't really have a comparison point, so I don't know if this is great, but I did expect to have it drop. Connecting it to devices was quick and easy. * Battery life is good. I didn't try to play music for 40 hours, but it didn't seem unrealistic. I last charged them 9 days ago and the battery is currently at 40%. I don't listen to them every day for hours, but I had a pair previously that would drain in a week with very little use. * Sound quality. I'm no audiophile, but the sound reproduction seemed very good. They handle bass better than I expected. The noise cancellation seems to work for music, but maybe that's just the earpieces fitting very well over my ear? The noise cancellation is supposed to only work through the microphone. * Portability. They fold up nicely and can go into my bag without getting tangled with cables. The microphone is ESPECIALLY nice here as it goes into the earpiece so that it doesn't grab every cable in the bag. * Hard-wired connection. I like to have this option, but I didn't test it. My kids will sometimes run out of battery in their headphones and it would be nice to have a hard-wired connection available. If you have a source that can connect that way... * Bluetooth dongle. I tested this just to test it, but my laptop has bluetooth built in, so I don't really need it. Again though, I love that it's available. Even if I don't need it for the headsets, I now have it available in case I'm ever in a situation where it's needed. Anyway, it worked just like the internal bluetooth. * The build is solid. I feel like they will last. They don't seem cheap at all. Overall, a great value.

Battery stopped holding charge
Great, really limited back ground noise. Very comfortable. Only problem is, I've had them less than a year and the battery has begun to not hold a charge anymore. Other than that, they were good. Connection problems were here and there but easily fixed.

Unreliable - Used for over a year
I have used these headphones/headset for over a year at work and am coming back to say try a different option. These headphones are decent for the most part. Battery life is good, mic sound quality is good. The number one major issue I had was this headset would just drop sound randomly (not run out of battery & not disconnect). I mostly used the USB dongle as the Bluetooth mode did not work well with my very standard Dell work laptop. I had tried my dongle in the laptop and in my dock and had the same issue regardless. When they drop sound, I would have to reconnect the dongle or power on/off the headset or both, to get it to work again. The power off button takes a ridiculously long time to hold down to work, leaving me in a scramble in many calls to get these thing working again. If you are ever leading a call, you don't want to be messing around with this. Also, listening to tunes at work, the sound quality wasn't always great, sometimes there would be a crackle (like an old record). Like all reviews, take this with a grain of salt, maybe I had a bad pair. There are a lot of private label electronic brands on AZ and you never know how its going to go. I likely won't learn from this mistake and will try another brand that you'll never see inside of an actual store. Good Luck!

Great headphones for gaming
Been using these for a couple days been playing Battlefield 6 and am really enjoying the bass coming out of these headphones. I went with these over other standard bluetooth headphones due to the usb port it has, usually on PC's bluetooth is not great and subpar and having the USB dongle makes a huge difference in connectivity and sound. Honestly really impressed with these for gaming, haven't personally tried the microphone yet as that isn't the main reason I got these. Honestly pretty decent headphones with a bluetooth dongle for pc.
