I rarely have trouble sleeping, but lately I have because of the stress. Regarding components, the supplement contains everything I was seeking for. It is simple to use. I can sleep more quickly as a result. I definitely sleep better when I take it than when I don't, but it doesn't knock you out. I would repurchase this.
