YES! Can't live without this pen! Works perfectly AFTER I updated my drivers
I finally managed to kill my old pen, after nearly 2 years of constant abuse. (or however long it's been since Intuos 4 came out) As a graphic designer, I use this pen several hours EVERY day - it has totally replaced my mouse. (And since I began using a graphics pen, I have NO more wrist or hand pain, which was becoming quite a problem with my "mouse-hand")Yesterday, I dropped my pen and, as usual, I picked it up with my toes so I wouldn't have to bend over... Well, this time when I went to grab it from between my toes, I grabbed the top half but the bottom half was stuck between my toes... and I pulled it right apart... $#i+! And all the kings horses and all the king's men couldn't put Humpty-Dumpty together again. :(SO, since I knew I couldn't live more than 24 hours without it, I ordered yesterday (Friday) and had it sent overnight (only $10 - great deal, really! Not sure if that is the regular overnight shipping rate, or if that is just for Prime members) The Fed-Ex truck arrived fairly early this morning (Saturday) and I was SO happy to have a working pen again... until I sat down to work and... nothing. The pen didn't work with my tablet (Intuos 4, large) Aarggghh! I thought I'd have to call Amazon and say I got a dud, and would be pen-less until at least Monday, probably longer. But I decided to just check out the Wacom site and see if there anything I could find out - and decided to try downloading new drivers - and VOILE' - now it works just perfect! SO - If you buy this pen and it doesn't work right away, be sure to check the Wacom site and update your drivers before giving up on the pen and returning it.As far as the pen and how it works, I LOVE this pen! My previous tablet was one of the earlier Wacoms, and the big fat pen felt like I was holding a sausage. This one is nicely tapered, slim, and has an awesome rubber/soft coating so it is very comfortable to hold, and takes very little strength to hold securely - which is nice, since it is in my hand for several hours every day. It is so comfortable and easy to hold, in fact, that it has completely changed the way I hold ALL pens and pencils, and I no longer have a big callus/lump on my middle finger where I used to, from gripping pens/pencils too tightly. The pen is VERY responsive to pressure changes, tilt, rotation, bearing... pretty much everything! I can see the subtle differences somewhat in photoshop, but especially in Painter, where the brushes are even more sensitive (and realistic) than even the new ones in PS.Changing nibs is very simple and quick to do, though I haven't needed to do it very often, since developing a lighter touch. Also, the surface on my Intuos has gotten quite smooth after many, many hours of use, so the nibs last longer now than they did when I first got the tablet (and original pen). Included with the pen are the stand and some additional nibs - although when I originally bought my tablet, it came with more types of nibs than what comes with this pen replacement.I love my Intuos, and love the grip-pen! Some people say they don't like the "too-fat" grip-pen, and buy the slimmer "upgrade" but I honestly see no reason for it - this one is just fabulous, and is not too fat, IMO. The only reason I would consider "upgrading" is if I needed the additional controls of the art-pen or the airbrush pen, but honestly, I think the standard grip-pen will probably have more than enough responsiveness for 95% of people that use it. Even with the wide variety of brush-work and other things I do, this pen has definitely got everything I need.Good price on Amazon, and I was super-happy to receive it so quickly!

Expensive, but lasts forever
At initial time of purchase, was going to leave a 4-star review simply because I feel product is a bit overpriced for quality of plastic and rubber. Though, I was wrong, I as over a year later after purchasing, the pen still works perfectly and materials are still in great condition.

why was this not the standard pen when I got my 22hd?
my long time drawing tablet pen broke a while back, and after finally having a driver update so I can trouble shoot what was broken, I found out my pen's pressure sensor was busted. so, I ordered this pen.and holy crap. I wish this pen was the one I got with my 22hd. a comfortable grip built into the pen, a pen holder so I don't have to store it in a mug like I did its dead predecessor, so many nibs, where the one in the pen isn't chipped upon arrival, unlike my old one, and the drawing comfort is just so good!the springiness to the eraser end makes it so I can be a little heavier handed without causing any scraping, which is a huge improvement compared to my old pen, the buttons feel so satisfying to click, and are extruded enough to where you can easily press them, without getting in the way of holding the pen.unlike my old pen, which was weightier than i would like, this pen is light and feels roughly like holding a dip pen in terms of weight.the pen holder is easy to notice, perfectly stores the pen, and is easy to take the pen out of. it has a bit of weight to it, so it won't topple or move unless you actively try to knock it over, and it's small enough to be out of the way.after calibrating the pen, i felt no problem in alignment to the tablet when drawing, and it feels smooth and more accurate than my previous pen.tl;dr I wish this pen was the standard that came with my 22hd when I first got it. because it is so much better than my old pen. 5/5 stars!
