Okay to start off you can put your batteries in a plastic ziplock bag .so do you need it or not is up for debate until you have it. Then you realize this is outstanding. Fits the batteries wonderfully will keep them organized .keep your charged ones pointing up and the ones that need to be charged pointing down and you can keep up with status situation. I would purchase this again and actually will purchase some more for different size batteries I have cr123a and it's worth the money it's well made to takes the hassle out of battery storage buy with confidence highly recommended

I have a drawer full of rechargeable batteries and wanted a better way to organize them. There are all sorts of boxes or cases you can buy but these stood out to me. I bought a few to try them out and immediately placed an order for more. They keep the batteries held securely and they are definitely well built. At the end of the day, you can surely find something less expensive, but these are perfect for my needs.

It's very rare to see such an inexpensive plastic gizmo as well designed and beautifully executed as this little battery holder. The designers obviously spent a lot of time thinking about even the smallest details. Batteries are held securely, but not too securely. They are easy to insert and remove but there is not any way they can fall out by themselves. There are holes in the bottom of the case for inserting dead button-top batteries upside down so they can't be confused with fully-charged batteries. Very nice. I was also quite pleased to see "Made in the USA" on the packaging for a change. Well done!

Great for storage & organization. I love the production so much so that I own several in varying sizes.

Excellent quality. Holds the batteries firmly with no rattling. Just big enough, not bulky. Perfect cuts to easily press the battery out of the holder. Overall great form and function. The feel of this plastic almost seems like a high impact resistant blend. I'm betting it's gonna last many years even as often as I use it.

This carrier for CR123 batteries is well made and functionally perfect. It holds 4 batteries in a protected manner where the positive and negative contacts are recessed. Both contacts are accessible for testing with a voltmeter. A little pricy for each, but well worth it to serve its purpose.
