Expected it to be much better
Needs 80 dollar subscription before a year. Does not work at all after the one year unless you subscribe.Would not recommend definitely not worth the money

It works for K1600 & Multistrada
I read the reviews and watched the YouTube reviews, and took the chance that it may work for my bikes.I can confirm that it works to read and clear codes, and resets service lights for a 2015 Ducati Multistrada S, and 2016 BMW K1600GTL. I haven't used it for anything else, but those were my reasons for buying it. Cheers!

it Takes a while to understand how to set it up.
I bought mine and used it twice before it died. I was disappointed, this isn't a cheap tool. But then when I reached customer service then won me over. The service provided by Yisam was amazing, great communication, timely and really tried to help, very caring about me the customer.I was sent a new unit free of charge and couldn't be happier with the service.if it was rated purely on Customer service it would be 5 stars all the way but the unit did die and the setup is clunky.

Easy to use, does what its advertised to accomplish. Make certain that your bike is compatible when you order, have questions email them, they respond quickly and will help you get sorted out.

The unit will not open OBD scan Application due to programming erroe
Suggestion to Amazon - Rating system should go both ways with 5 red stars a Zero and 5 gold stars this get 5 red in my opinion for both function and price.Turn on the unit and it boots to the OBD scan program which has an initial "Disclaimer" nag screen that requires you to page down in order to enable "Reject" or "Accept".The down arrow key is not working and this makes it impossible to scroll down so the "Accept" button never is enabled and thus the unit is effectively BRICKED when it comes to its designed purpose.The support option is to email SALES which will initiate a bunch of China push back.It will be returned to Amazon and beware of this company and there shotty software testing team.Lets see We need to get that new firmware out there YEE HAW cowboy, woops.

Will Not Reset Ducati Service Lights
I bought this for my 2016 XDiavel. It would read and reset codes that I repaired ( kickstand). After oil and filter change I went to the service reset and it would not work. I’m not getting any codes yet calendar symbol and ANNUAL are there shining bright. I went to manual download for which is said download unavailable.

I’m not saying it’s good or bad….
Didn’t work for my 23 ducati panigale. Didn’t specify year for vehicles. But it would not reset code for my servicing.
